  4. Mix the pastry flour with the baking powder to make biscuit dough.
  5. Add the canola oil and stir well.
  6. Add the buttermilk and honey, stir until the mixture is moist.
  7. Pour the biscuit dough on the apples with tablespoons.

Strawberry Banana Sundae

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of sugar free strawberry gelatin
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 4 tbsp of whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Allow the gelatin to solve in boiling water in a small bowl
  2. Let it cool for 10 minutes
  3. Place the ice and gelatin into the blender, cover,m and process until the ice is dissolved
  4. Add the bananas and blend for another minute or two
  5. Pour into 4 dishes and refrigeratre for 30 minutes.
