A Reiki course will help you to learn healing techniques and to assist you as well to become a Reiki Master. There are three degrees of Reiki divided into three levels. These levels are at a higher level than the other. Getting a course will help you complete the three degrees included to fully master the art of Reiki, if you wish to teach or to really be a Master of Reiki you will have to go through the Mastery level not included in the three degrees in the Reiki course. This is optional to those who wish to Master or just learn the fundamentals of Reiki and to apply it to oneself and to others as well.

The 1^st level of Reiki will allow you to focus on the teaching about the energy of healing. You will be taught what Reiki really means and what it can do. You will be given a brief explanation about the history of Reiki, the proper way to use it and how to give it. A hands-on practice will be done once you have completed the 1^st lesson. Once the 1^st degree is done, you will be able to use the energy for self-healing but this can also be channelled to others as well. The 1^st degree of the course will allow you to expand and elevate your emotional, physical, spiritual and mental state.

The 2^nd degree of the course will lead you to a deeper understanding of the ancient method of Reiki healing. The sacred symbols which will help you develop your awareness towards healing others, yourself and helping the lives of others will be introduced to you. Distance healing will also be taught which will help you heal others even from far away.

The 3^rd degree of the course is usually divided into subgroups. The 1^st group is where you become a Master and where you will be capable to teach others while the 2^nd group will only be focused in healing oneself. The 3^rd degree is usually for those people who wish to further develop themselves to become a Reiki Master. You will be given access to all the symbols and you will be able to perform healing to others. More complex healing cycles are also taught at this particular level/degree. The goal of this 3^rd degree will then allow you to be a master in the Reiki art wherein you can initiate, train and teach others.

Reiki course will help you perform the healing techniques not only to yourself but to others as well. The different techniques included in a Reiki course will help you develop your skills in healing and even become a Reiki Master where you will have the ability to teach others who wish to learn the art of Reiki.
